Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the itsrawrenzo members site. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

itsrawrenzo is run by Guo Wei Tang, 61 Belgarum Place, Staple Gardens, Winchester, SO23 8SL. You can contact us at itsrawrenzo@gmail.com.

Who can use the site

  • The members site is for adults only. You must be 18 or over, and old enough to view adult material where you live.
  • Before you see any member content, you must pass an age check with our provider, Yoti. We may ask you to check again, for example after a disputed payment.
  • One account per person. Keep your password private and never let anyone else use your account.
  • An account can be signed in on two devices at a time. Signing in on a third signs out the oldest.

Membership and payments

  • VIP membership is a monthly subscription. The price is shown before you pay, and it renews each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Pay-per-view posts are one-off purchases. They stay available to you while your account is open, unless the payment is refunded or disputed.
  • Payments are processed by Segpay. We never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add fees.

Cancellation rights and refunds

  • Member content is digital content that we supply straight away. When you buy, you ask us to give you access immediately, and you lose the 14-day right to cancel once access begins.
  • If something you bought does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, as UK consumer law requires.
  • If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), we suspend purchases on your account and ask you to verify your age again while we look into it.

Bookings

  • VIP members can book a one-to-one online video session. Booking holds the time for 15 minutes while you pay the deposit. It is confirmed once Segpay confirms the payment.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel later, or do not attend, the deposit is kept.
  • If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • Sessions take place on a third-party video platform. The join link appears on your Bookings page from 15 minutes before the start.

Using the content

  • Everything on the members site is for your own personal viewing. You may not copy, download, record, screen-capture, share, sell or republish it, or use tools that collect it automatically.
  • Videos show a code that identifies your account. We use it to trace leaks. We close accounts that leak content and may take legal action.
  • Everyone who appears in our content was 18 or over when it was made and signed a release. See our records statement.

Reports and complaints

Anyone can report content. We review urgent reports within 24 hours and all others within 7 days. See also how to complain.

Suspending or closing accounts

  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access, leaking content, fraud or abusive chargebacks. Where we can, we will tell you why.
  • You can close your account at any time by emailing itsrawrenzo@gmail.com.

Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
