Who we are

Guo Wei Tang (“we”) is the controller of your personal data for itsrawrenzo.com and its members site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number [to be completed]. For anything about your data, email itsrawrenzo@gmail.com or write to:

What we collect, why, and our legal basis

• Your account: your email address, your password (kept only as a secure hash by our database provider) and your signed-in sessions, so we can run your account and limit it to two devices. Basis: contract.
• Your age check: our provider, Yoti, checks an image of your face or your ID document to confirm you are over 18. We receive only the result: whether you passed, the provider, a reference and the date. We never receive or keep ID documents or images of you. Basis: legal obligation (the UK Online Safety Act 2023). See Yoti’s privacy notice for how they handle the check.
• Payments: what you bought, amounts, dates, and Segpay’s order and transaction references. Segpay handles your card details; we never see them. Basis: contract, and legal obligation for tax records.
• Bookings: the times you book, their status, and the session’s join link. Basis: contract.
• Watching videos: we create short-lived video links for your account, show a code on videos that identifies your account, and count how many links each account requests, to stop scraping and trace leaks. Basis: legitimate interests (protecting our content and members).
• Security: a security log that identifies accounts only by a pseudonymous code; short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address or email, to limit repeated attempts; and a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile at sign-up and password reset. Basis: legitimate interests (keeping the site and accounts secure).
• Reports and complaints: what you tell us, and your email address if you give it, so we can act and reply. Basis: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
• Your consent records: when you accepted our Terms and gave the consent below. Basis: legal obligation (to show consent was given).

Special category data

Being a member of an adults-only site can reveal information about your intimate life, which UK GDPR treats as special category data. We use it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you create your account. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing itsrawrenzo@gmail.com. The site cannot work without it, so we will then close your account, keeping only the records the law requires (see below).

Who we share it with

Only these service providers, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Supabase (database and sign-in)
• Bunny.net (website hosting, and video hosting and delivery)
• Upstash (rate-limit counters)
• Cloudflare (bot check)
• Yoti (age check)
• Segpay (payments)
• Amazon Web Services (sending account, booking and report emails)
• The video platform you join a booked session on

We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with the police or a regulator. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Your account, age-check result and consent records: while your account is open.
• Payment records: 6 years after the payment, as UK tax law requires.
• Security log: up to 6 years.
• Rate-limit counters: up to 24 hours.
• Reports: what you told us and your email address are deleted 12 months after the report is closed.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, email itsrawrenzo@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work. See our cookie policy.

Under-18s

The site is only for people aged 18 or over, and member content is only shown after an age check. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we close it.

Changes

We post any update here. If a change is significant, we will ask members to read and accept it.
